A member since 2006, purchashed for kitchen cabinets, thought i would be able to shop easy and fast. Not! Shortstaffed.

I always fell like i'm a burden, quick help is all I get. I was looking for kitchen flooring few days ago, I couldn't finish my job because, there was only one book for the floors I was looking for. What a waste of time.

It would be nice to be compensated for at least half the money or offer better prices. I have not bought one other thing since November 2006, and I'm still paying the bill.
